How do I schedule a consultation with CCD?

Can CCD help with specific technical problems in my washing process?

Yes, definitely! During a wash process audit, our specialists follow the entire process from start to finish. This is done using a written out washing process, usually supplied by the detergent supplier. We perform visual assessments as well as measurements with a calibrated temperature logger and other measuring devices. With these, we compare the performance of the washing process with the expected settings and previous measurements. If possible, we also take water samples during different phases of the washing process so that we can perform even more detailed analyses and recommend targeted improvements.

Can CCD help me choose the right cleaning agents?

Absolutely! As an independent consulting firm, our specialty is to objectively assess the performance of cleaning processes. We often do this from a quality assurance perspective and, of course, this can also be of value when choosing a supplier or type of cleaning agent. This is how we help you make the best choice for your specific situation.

Does CCD also provide equipment or just consulting?

CCD offers advice as well as measuring materials and additional equipment. Many of our measurement materials can be self-analyzed with the right equipment. Examples include incubators for incubating RODAC plates and Petrifilms, or our tintmeter (TRA) for measuring whiteness and stain removal in combination with dirt and stain cloths such as ICM, WCM or MSM. In addition, we supply industrial temperature loggers including associated equipment and software for data processing. You can also contact us for testing textiles for water repellency with a spray tester. So we offer a total package of solutions for your cleaning processes.
